The moment I walked into the campus, I had already made up my mind to opt for this Institute. Location is amazing and has easy access by all modes of transport. Lecture halls are fully air conditioned and spacious and all of them have LCD projectors. Computer laboratories are well maintained and have the latest configurations and software. Apart from these, the institute has a huge auditorium with seating capacity of more than 500 which is majorly used for hosting variety of events and programs.
Getting enrolled in Sterling Institute is by far the best decision I have ever made in my student life. The environment is friendly and the campus crowd is diverse due to which there were students from different communities, regions and culture. The cultural fest that is hosted by Sterling has to be one of the best in this area. The tech fest organized by our Institute is also awesome. Apart from academic sessions, lot of sports and other activities are organized on a regular basis.
I personally feel that the teachers of Sterling Institute are well qualified, knowledgeable and they are an expert in their subjects. I have been to different colleges, but I have never seen lectures being conducted on a regular basis. Also, I would like to add that majority of the faculty members are from engineering background and possess strong technical knowledge in their respective departments. Sterling faculty believes in giving the best to their students and that’s what they do. They are very approachable and are always available for any guidance that we may need.
The College has a separate placement cell for students with a dedicated team working solely for recruitments for students. Be it internship or final placement, there is a pool of companies to choose from. The placement team is very cooperative and they took special efforts to get all the students from our batch placed. Some of our batch mates were able to grab good packages from good companies through the recruitment process. Every year the placement ratio is increasing and students get recruited in good companies.
Sterling Institute is well known for all the facilities it provides to the students and staff. The college has a good research environment which helps the students with all their research projects. The library is well equipped with books for various departments and they also have a separate reading room with cubicles for the students. Lot of international journals as well as periodicals is also made available for the students. We are also given access to digital library for all our academic requirements.
If you are planning to do your MMS/MCA, Sterling Institute is the way to go. This campus is the place where you get perfectly molded as an excellent performer in the corporate.
